1. Who we are

This website (141.army) belongs to the 141st Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (hereinafter — “the Brigade”, “we”). The Brigade is both the owner and the processor of the personal data submitted through this site.

2. What data we collect

We only collect what you enter into the recruitment form yourself:

If you arrived through an advert, information about the referral is attached to your application (campaign tag, campaign name, referring site, landing page, date of first visit) — see section 8. This describes the visit, not you personally.

In addition, the web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time of request) — this is how any website works, and we do not use those logs to build profiles.

We do not collect passport data, addresses, medical records or any other documents through this website. If a recruiter needs anything else, they will ask you personally and explain why.

3. Why we need it

Solely to process your application: to contact you, to help you choose a track of service, to answer your questions and to guide you through enlistment. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. Consent is voluntary — you may refuse it, and you may withdraw it at any time. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI.

5. Where the data goes

An application submitted through the form is delivered to:

This means your data is stored, among other places, on Google servers, including outside Ukraine. The website itself is hosted in Ukraine (adm.tools).

Access is limited to the Brigade’s recruitment personnel. We do not transfer the data to third parties, except where required by the law of Ukraine.

6. How long we keep it

Until you withdraw your consent. Once you ask us to, we delete your application from the spreadsheet and from the mailboxes.

7. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” you have the right:

Write to recruiting@141.army — state your name and phone number so we can find your application. We will respond within 30 calendar days.

8. Cookies and analytics

The site sets two first-party cookies:

Neither contains your name, phone number or any other personal data, and neither is shared with third-party services — they are read only by this website. You can delete them in your browser settings at any time; the site will keep working.

There are no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other third-party tracking or advertising systems on this website.

9. Security

The site works over HTTPS. Access to the admin panel, the mailboxes and the spreadsheet is restricted to authorised personnel. That said, no online transmission can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure — please do not send information through the form that must not be disclosed.

10. Changes to this policy

If the way we handle data changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
