141st Separate Mechanized Brigade
A formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We are the ones who hold the line where the pressure is greatest. We defend. We assault. We inflict losses the enemy cannot ignore. Tempered by Zaporizhzhia and the Donetsk region. Technological, experienced, equipped — from drones to fire control. Strong not in numbers, but in system. The 141st is a technological approach, iron discipline and unbreakable brotherhood. One for each other.

A Role That Fits You
You choose your own position. We’ll match a role to your skills — from mechanic to UAV operator. The right person in the right place is our weapon.
Technology, Not Cannon Fodder
You fight with what actually works. Equipment and our own developments shield the infantry.
The Soldier Comes First
The commander knows you by face. Initiative is encouraged. We value those who think and propose.
Your Family Is Protected
While you do your job, your loved ones are not alone. A 24/7 hotline, legal protection, help with paperwork. One for each other.
Proven Effectiveness
The ratio of the enemy’s losses to ours — 1:9. №1 in the Armed Forces of Ukraine for downed Shaheds. Official recognition — the Combat Banner awarded by the President.
Prepared for Reality
Focus on intensive professional training. The combat patch — only when you are truly ready.
Colonel Bohdan Shevchuk
The only thing that motivates me is my personnel and human lives.
Call sign “Owl.” In the military since 2010. He leads the brigade with his hand on the pulse of the front: he personally goes out to infantry positions and takes part in assaults. He fights with intellect and technology. He scaled up the use of unmanned systems.

JoinMyths About Serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Fear of the unknown is a healthy instinct. But when your decision depends on others’ stereotypes rather than facts, you lose control. We’ve gathered the sharpest concerns and answered them as they truly are. Honestly. Without propaganda or illusions.
Contact UsThere’s no room for your own opinion or initiative in the army.
+Discipline and following orders are the law in war. But in the 141st SMB the chain of command is built on mutual respect. Command is open to technological and tactical ideas from the ground up. If you see a more effective way to accomplish a task — propose it, you’ll be heard. We fight with our minds.
I’ll end up anywhere — with a civilian trade they’ll send me to dig trenches.
+We assign people by the principle of maximum benefit. IT specialists and engineers work with software, UAVs and data analytics. People experienced with machinery become mechanics. Your civilian experience is our technological advantage.
Service in a mechanized brigade is nothing but constant assaults.
+A brigade is a vast, self-sufficient organism. For assault troops to complete a mission, drone operators, drivers, signalers, medics and logisticians must all work flawlessly. Every position here directly affects whether a soldier returns from a position alive.
If I go to serve, my family will be left without support.
+The unit has a dedicated support service. We take on legal consultations, help with paperwork, payments and statuses for your loved ones. While you’re at the front, your home front is under our care.
Military service is lost time for your career.
+In the 141st you gain hands-on experience with modern aerial-reconnaissance systems, EW systems and the brigade’s in-house R&D. After service you’ll be a ready specialist in MilTech — the country’s most promising technology sector.
Recruits are thrown into combat without real training.
+Sending an untrained person to a position is a crime against them and the whole unit. We don’t plug “gaps” with people. Every recruit reaches the front line only after successfully completing an intensive course and unit coordination, and confirming their readiness.
Frequently Asked Questions
Logic and process: we answer the key questions about enlistment, training and status.
Contact UsI have no military experience. Can I still join you?
+Yes. Most of our best specialists were civilians yesterday. What matters to us is your motivation. We’ll match a role to your skills: if you understand machinery — you’ll go to the mechanics; if you know electronics — to UAVs or communications. Everything military — we’ll teach you.
How long does training take before deployment to the unit?
+Every recruit completes Basic General Military Training (BGMT) at a training center. After that — additional specialized training depending on the chosen role. We send only the prepared to the line of contact — that is our core principle.
What happens after I fill out the form?
+Your application goes to the recruiting center. Within 24 hours our specialist will call — it’s not an interrogation, just an introduction and answers to your questions. If we’re a match, the brigade issues an official request and our liaison helps you get through the TRC and MMB as fast as possible.
Can I transfer to the 141st SMB from another unit?
+Yes, we consider transfers — including via the Army+ app. Fill out the form and select the status “Active service member” — a recruiter will advise on your real chances and the steps involved.
I am AWOL (SZCh). Can I join?
+The law allows a return to service. If you’re motivated to fight in a sound team — fill out the form and state your status honestly. Our specialists will advise you individually on legal ways to return. Confidentially.
Do you provide uniform and equipment?
+Yes. The brigade fully provides basic kit, body armor, helmets and weapons. Plus — thanks to a strong volunteer network, we have additional technological support: drones, EW, transport.
