A brigade is a vast, self-sufficient organism. For assault troops to complete a mission, drone operators, drivers, signalers, medics and logisticians must all work flawlessly. Every position here directly affects whether a soldier returns from a position alive.

The unit has a dedicated support service. We take on legal consultations, help with paperwork, payments and statuses for your loved ones. While you’re at the front, your home front is under our care.

In the 141st you gain hands-on experience with modern aerial-reconnaissance systems, EW systems and the brigade’s in-house R&D. After service you’ll be a ready specialist in MilTech — the country’s most promising technology sector.

Sending an untrained person to a position is a crime against them and the whole unit. We don’t plug “gaps” with people. Every recruit reaches the front line only after successfully completing an intensive course and unit coordination, and confirming their readiness.

Yes. Most of our best specialists were civilians yesterday. What matters to us is your motivation. We’ll match a role to your skills: if you understand machinery — you’ll go to the mechanics; if you know electronics — to UAVs or communications. Everything military — we’ll teach you.

Every recruit completes Basic General Military Training (BGMT) at a training center. After that — additional specialized training depending on the chosen role. We send only the prepared to the line of contact — that is our core principle.

Your application goes to the recruiting center. Within 24 hours our specialist will call — it’s not an interrogation, just an introduction and answers to your questions. If we’re a match, the brigade issues an official request and our liaison helps you get through the TRC and MMB as fast as possible.
