Combat Units

Combat units are the core of the brigade. They take both people who have never held a weapon and those who already have combat experience. Both paths are equally open: the only difference is how long the training takes.

What these positions have in common is working as part of a unit where everyone is responsible for the person next to them. Rifleman, machine gunner, grenadier, anti-tank guided missile operator, artillery crews, combat engineers, drone operators, combat medics. Different specialities, one logic: first you are trained, then you are fully equipped, and only then do you go out on missions.

Training starts with basic military training — 51 days. Then comes the brigade adaptation course, where you are brought to readiness by someone who works in these positions themselves. Tactical medicine is practised on simulators, not in theory.

The brigade issues the gear. You do not need to buy anything at your own expense — not body armour, not a helmet, not thermal camouflage.

Age and previous experience are not obstacles in themselves. At the interview they look at your health, your willingness to learn and whether you understand what you are signing up for. People who are not a fit for one position are often taken for another in the same unit.

If you do not yet know which path is yours, take the test — in a few minutes it will narrow your choice down to two or three specialities. Or pick a position from the list below and see what the job actually involves: every vacancy has a detailed description with photos, requirements and terms.
