IT & Cybersecurity
5 open positions in this area
A modern brigade runs on data as much as on equipment. Communications, information exchange, system protection, building our own solutions — all of this needs IT specialists.
The area opened recently and is still being formed. We need a system administrator, an information systems specialist, a cybersecurity specialist, an R&D engineer and a computer vision engineer for the drone area.
These are positions where civilian qualifications carry over almost without loss. Someone who administers infrastructure at a company will do the same here, only with different requirements for resilience and secrecy. A developer stays a developer.
The work is done in the rear. Everyone completes basic military training, whatever their speciality — it takes 51 days, after which you return to your field.
What is different from a product company: there are no endless approvals, but there is also no habit of "we will redo it next sprint" — the solution has to work and is needed now. People who like to see the results of their work straight away feel at home here.
On secrecy: some tasks cannot go into a portfolio or be discussed in public. You should understand this in advance if visibility of your work matters to you.
If your specialisation is not on the list but you believe the brigade needs it, write about it in the application. The area is growing, and the list of positions is not closed yet.
